You probably don’t know this, but I love sewing. I actually made different length and sizes of this dress multiple times and one day I started envisioning a bride wearing a sheer version of it, with edgy boots and little flowers.
It took me some time to select the fabric and organize the shoot, but luckily my friend C is always down to model for me, so after setting up my booth at the Austin Bridal Expo on April 3rd, I met with her, drove up to the Courthouse and had a super quick session under the Texas heat. And yes, you can totally have a bridal session after the wedding! You can even have more fun since you won’t be worried about staining the dress before the big day, and you can make the rest of the look completely different from your wedding day – because your wedding gown deserves more than one look, am I right?
